Hi, I'm Sara Jane — an eclectic witch, an artist, and a maker of zines, oracles, and small magical things. I've walked a witchy path for over twenty years, but I'm not a formal expert and I've no interest in being one. I'm a creative practitioner who's discovered what works for me — and I'm here to help you discover what works for you.

My witchcraft lives in my grimoire. Through making pages about tarot, the moon, the turning seasons, astrology, crystals, and herbs, I've built a practice that's deeply personal and helps me feel connected to something bigger. But I don't just study it — I make it. Crafty witch projects, DIY oracle decks, whimsical paper doll companions (my Power Poppets!), all woven through with gentle affirmations and a lot of glue and paint. Because witchcraft doesn't have to be solemn — it can be joyful and colourful too.

These days you'll find me in my studio in Eastwood, Nottinghamshire — a home full of plants, candles, half-finished grimoires, and two cats, Frank and Noel, who firmly believe they run the place. There's usually a podcast episode brewing, a zine in progress, and something growing in the garden.

This isn't about memorising correspondences or following ancient rules. It's about creating your own meanings, finding what resonates, and building a practice that feels authentically you.

I work in two grimoire styles, and you're welcome to either or both: a practical grimoire in repurposed old books and notebooks for everyday notes and magic, and an artistic grimoire through magazine collage and altered books for the visual, playful side.

Over the years I've created a whole world of explorations — seasonal journeys through the Wheel of the Year, astrology through art, the twelve-week Witch's Journey, green magic with Witch's Weeds, and a steady stream of monthly zines, paper dolls, planners, oracle decks, and seasonal illustrations. New things appear all the time, because — as anyone in the coven will tell you — I can't help myself. 🌿
